COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY
I approach Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from a holistic point of view and combine sessions with a touch of mindfulness and self-care. In my sessions, I integrate among others breathwork, meditation, yoga, and, upon request, microdoses of psilocybin. This unique blend allows for a comprehensive and individualized approach to mental well-being, supporting personal growth and healing on multiple levels.
The foundation of the session are in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a goal-oriented approach that empowers you to recognize and transform negative thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors. Breathwork
As a part of our holistic journey, we can explore breathwork techniques to deepen your self-awareness, promote relaxation, and facilitate emotional regulation. Through guided breathing exercises, you will learn to manage anxiety, reduce stress, and improve your focus. The power of breath will enable you to regain control over your emotions and reactions.
Meditation
During our sessions, we will incorporate meditation to cultivate mindfulness, allowing you to be fully present in the moment without judgment. Mindfulness-based practices promote self-compassion, enhance emotional regulation, and strengthen mental resilience. Through meditation, we will cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and your surroundings.
Yoga:
Together, we can also explore the transformative practice of yoga, which nurtures the mind-body connection and promotes overall well-being. Yoga combines physical postures, controlled breathing, and meditation, resulting in improved flexibility, strength, and physical health. Through yoga, we will cultivate a sense of embodied awareness, relaxation, and self-compassion.
Microdoses of Psilocybin (Optional):
For those seeking an expanded perspective, I offer the option to incorporate microdoses of psilocybin into our sessions. These carefully measured doses of a naturally occurring psychedelic compound found in certain mushrooms can facilitate deep self-reflection, introspection, and expanded perspectives. Psilocybin has shown promise in supporting transformative experiences and personal growth.
