Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy A cancellation or rescheduling is defined as any instance in which you are unable to attend a scheduled online session. The following terms apply: I. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 2 hours before the session: - A fee of €50 will apply. II. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 3-8 hours before the session: - A fee of €30 will apply.
