TERMS & CONDITIONS

By paying your deposit and attending one of our ceremonies, you automatically agree with the terms & conditions;

If for any reason you cancel within:

• 3 weeks before the start of the ceremony you will be eligible to pay 50% of the cost of the ceremony;

• 2 weeks before the start of the ceremony you will be eligible to pay 100% of the cost of the ceremony;

• In all cases there is a €100,- non-refundable fee for all cancellations or changes regardless of time frame or other circumstances;

• This is unless other agreements have been arranged, or if we are able to fill your place;

If in any case KRAKTI. cancels a ceremony, the participants have the right to either change the date of their ceremony, or get refunded the money they paid. KRAKTI does not reimburse any other costs;

We reserve the right to remove participants from our premises in case of disrespectful behavior towards other participants, the staff or the premises;

As "disrespectful behavior" is not measurable, KRAKTI staff decides whether behavior is disrespectful;

If forms are not filled out truthfully, KRAKTI staff has the right to deny access to the premises or remove participants from the premises;

KRAKTI and staff can not be held liable for any injuries that might occur during any of the ceremony activities and/or during the ceremony;

KRAKTI and staff can not be held liable for any damages to personal belongings during any of the ceremony activities and/or during the ceremony;

If there are any discrepancies in communicated policies by KRAKTI, the above policy as stated on this webpage will be considered the leading policy.
